Buddy Werkt connects jobseekers aged 50 and over to employers (buddies). Our aim is for jobseekers to enter the labour market well prepared and for employers to be enthusiastic about over-50s.
What does it involve?
Over 16 weeks, participants are guided through Buddy Werkt by a working professional, a buddy. He or she is their personal point of contact, sounding board and problem-solver. We also offer inspiring training courses and workshops on topics such as networking, pitching, social media and CV building. Where do we operate?
Buddy Werkt is there for job-seeking 50-plussers in Southeast Brabant in the Helmond region (municipality of Helmond and the Peel municipalities) and Eindhoven region (municipalities of Eindhoven, Heeze-Leende, Valkenswaard, Veldhoven, Waalre and the Kempen).
