Tools for managers to guide vulnerable employees

Many companies strive for an inclusive and diverse workforce. A fine and logical goal. The benefits are well known: inclusive entrepreneurship increases creativity and productivity, it adds financial and social value. But on the other hand, it also means something for the support and guidance on the shop floor. How do you stimulate, guide and supervise people with a disability? How do you manage the great diversity of people, characters and personality traits? With the Mentorwijs training course, Senzer provides a practical tool for managers - but also employees - to coach and guide vulnerable colleagues on the shop floor.
