Support in the workplace

For people with an illness or disability, there are various schemes that help them find work. There are also facilities that help people work or go to school. For example, aids, allowances for transport and personal support.

Our employer advisers can tell you exactly what schemes or subsidies are available and which are best suited to your situation. Think, for example, of compensation for an adapted workplace, an on-the-job job coach, inclusive technology or training for managers to coach and guide vulnerable employees properly.

These are just a few examples. There are often more possibilities than you might expect. For all questions about schemes, subsidies and support, you can therefore always contact our employer advisers.
