I want to get a certificate but don't want to go back into the classroom. Is that possible?

Yes, there are opportunities for that. For example, with on-the-job learning. Then you learn everything in practice on the shop floor. Once you have passed enough practical tests, you earn a certificate. More information can be found at www.leerbanenmarkt.nl.
