'Hans has been working here for almost 20 years. He is loyal, loves his work and smiles often. What more could you want?' Speaking is technical manager Guus van Asten, who has accompanied Hans (59) at Haval since 2005. The Gemert family business has been working with Senzer for years. 'It requires some extra attention, but it delivers much more.'

Haval partnered with Senzer (then Atlant Group) 20 years ago. Hans was one of the first employees to start working that way. 'There was an immediate click,' Guus recalls. 'We gave him a trial run and saw that he felt comfortable here. Moreover, he was immediately very motivated. And that motivation is still there to this day.'

Hans works as a general employee TD in the technical department. He makes sure the production areas are kept clean, changes filters and helps with small technical jobs such as detecting oil leaks. He also sometimes supports colleagues in converting machines. 'Hans is a loyal employee. He is never sick, and if we don't tell him, he doesn't take holidays.'

Permanent contact Guus

Guus has been his regular contact for many years and by now knows him better than anyone else. 'Hans likes to work in a structured way. He has a fixed to-do list and knows exactly where he stands. Does something change? Then we discuss it together. That just works best.' 'I've already learned a lot here,' Hans adds.
