This is how we help you find staff:

  • Your enquiry comes in to a specialist account manager
  • We will discuss your wish and all the schemes, opportunities and subsidies that fit your demand
  • We search for talent and make a proposal of candidates with corresponding support
  • After an interview (and sometimes a trial), your new employee will start work
  • Your account manager or a job coach keeps in touch with you and your employee
     

Question and guidance

Before we get started together, we will answer all your questions about hiring exceptional talent. We advise on what is required by law, but certainly also on what is possible with subsidies and schemes to ensure, for example, that your company does not run any risks if your new employee drops out or turns out not to be a match after all.

In addition, your account manager will make sure that your new employee is well prepared and possibly supervised during employment. And we also offer your company training, so that the environment can contribute as much as possible to a successful match.

This is how we make it work

Every issue is different, so we work with a participation coach to find the right candidates for you to choose from.

To find out where opportunities and needs lie for employers who want to do inclusive business, we even developed a questionnaire together with TNO to draw up a unique profile with development opportunities for each company: the Inclusive Business Questionnaire. We pull out all the stops to make inclusive entrepreneurship a success for you.

And fair is fair, sometimes it doesn't work either. Together, we then look for a solution. Just until it does work.
