Limitless Talent – Discover the power of newcomers
Are you an employer and do you want to get more out of new talent? Newcomers – such as status holders and labour migrants – bring skills and a fresh perspective that can strengthen your organisation, even if you haven't worked with this target group before.
Employers play a key role in harnessing new talent. During this event, you'll discover how to successfully attract and retain newcomers within your organisation. You will gain concrete insights and practical tools, and you'll engage directly with employers who have gone before you. Additionally, professionals will be present to help you take immediate action.

This event is organised by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment, the Noordoost-Brabant, Helmond De Peel and Zuidoost-Brabant Employment Agencies, and Work in NL Noordoost-Brabant. Together, we are working on an integrated approach for employers facing challenges related to language, culture, and the inflow of newcomers.
